All items ordered from Meds at Home are sent using a tracked delivery service. When we dispatch your order, we will send you an email containing the tracking reference.
Generally, all orders are dispatched within 1 working day, however there may be circumstances which cause a delay. We will contact you if the delay will cause your delivery to arrive outside of the originally estimated time frame.
If one or more of the items in your order were pharmacy items, you will have been required to fill out a short questionnaire before adding the items to your shopping bag so that our pharmacist can check the suitability of the items you ordered. If the pharmacist needs to speak to you regarding your order, items won’t be dispatched until contact has been made.

FREE UK delivery on all orders over £25
All orders with a total (excluding shipping) of £25 or more are eligible for free standard 2 – 3 working days delivery. This offer does not include any prescriptions items (NHS or Private). See below for more information about standard 2 – 3 working days delivery. You may upgrade to a premium delivery service at checkout if needed.
Standard 2 – 3 Working Days (Royal Mail Tracked 48) – £2.49
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48. All tracked deliveries will require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to accept the parcel. If there is no-one to sign for the order, Royal Mail will leave an ‘attempted delivery’ card, detailing instructions on how to collect your item or re-arrange delivery.

Express Next Working Day Delivery (DPD) – £4.99
When you require items quickly, you can get them the next working day by upgrading to Express Next Working Day Delivery at checkout. You will be required to sign for your parcel.
